At Mineblock, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mineblock account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees or processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5 to 7 business days.
